The Public Trust Leaders Day is a biannual conference bringing their team together from across New Zealand. With uncertainty around alert levels they decided from the outset to plan for a virtual event, to avoid all the back and forth.
For their first foray into the world of virtual events we wanted to create something incredibly streamlined and user friendly whilst not compromising the event. We built a custom branded microsite and utilised a mix live stream and Zoom break out rooms whilst integrating various other technologies to keep the event dynamic and engaging.
While the country was in lockdown we also filmed and produced a welcome video via Zoom from team members all across the country, fully edited it, added custom graphics and animations. This upbeat, morale building video was played at the beginning of the event and really set the tone for the rest of the day. We also designed custom branded boxes which were filled with all sorts of goodies that were sent to each guest attending the event.
